As the company’s retained agency, we support the in-house PR and marketing team with external relations for its routes from Dover, Newhaven, and Newcastle. One of Europe’s leading ferry operators, DFDS has a pan-European network of passenger and freight routes.
Our work includes identifying proactive media opportunities to help promote the company’s services; assisting with delivery of the strategic PR plan; developing, managing and hosting media events including press trips; assisting with television and film projects; providing crisis communications counsel and operating an out of hours press office function; delivering media training for senior company spokespeople; identifying and managing awards opportunities; and supporting the delivery of the company’s CSR programme.
Objectives
